This notice explains how Topcloud handles information associated with this website, HighLevel referrals, Topcloud Academy, hourly services, and LifeSaver inquiries.
Information we may receive
Topcloud may receive information you choose to provide when you contact us, request Topcloud Academy access, purchase hourly services, or make a LifeSaver inquiry. That information may include your name, business contact details, company information, project requirements, and correspondence.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested hourly services, administer Academy access, maintain business records, protect our systems, meet legal obligations, and improve our operations. We do not sell personal information.
HighLevel referrals and external sites
Topcloud is an independent HighLevel affiliate and an independent LifeSaver reseller. A Topcloud referral link may use tracking technology so HighLevel can attribute a qualifying purchase and pay Topcloud a commission. Topcloud may also earn revenue from LifeSaver sales. HighLevel and LifeSaver control their own products, websites, billing, support, and privacy practices. Links to HighLevel, Skool, LifeSaver, Google, Microsoft, and other third parties are governed by those parties' notices and terms.
Topcloud services and account access
When a customer purchases hourly Topcloud services and authorizes access to HighLevel, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, LifeSaver, or another system, access should be limited to the permissions needed for the agreed work. Service-specific data handling, retention, confidentiality, documentation, and security requirements may also be covered by the applicable agreement or data-processing terms.
Cookies and measurement
This static website does not currently place Topcloud analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party destinations may use their own cookies or similar technologies after you follow a link. If Topcloud adds analytics, advertising, forms, or other tracking to the published site, this notice should be updated before those tools go live.
Retention, security, and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, contractual commitments, dispute resolution, and legal or accounting requirements. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service. You may ask Topcloud to review, correct, or delete information we control, subject to legal and contractual limits.
